Salted Caramel Espresso Sundaes

Holy mother of Salted Caramel Espresso Sundae! It's been a tad hectic at Crema Joe HQ, so this evening we have opted for a little dessert to get us motivated for the week ahead! These delicious sundaes are the perfect adults only treat and are so easy to make!

• 1/4 tsp finely ground sea salt
• 150g Nestle Caramel Top N Fill
• 2 SealPod capsules filled with freshly ground coffee
• 6 scoops ice-cream
• 1 banana, finely sliced
• Warm brownies (optional - to serve)

Use SealPod capsules to brew 2 shots of espresso and pop in the fridge to cool. Once cold, whisk with caramel and sea salt in a small bowl until smooth. Divide the ingredients to your liking into servingware of your choice, starting with ice-cream and banana slices. Drizzle with salted caramel espresso sauce, and finish by topping with warmed chunks of brownie if desired.
